These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Almohami mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") وصولك إلى تطبيق المحامي والخدمات المرتبطة به ("الخدمة") واستخدامك لها. بإنشائك حساباً أو استخدامك للخدمة، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
Almohami is a technology platform that connects clients with independent, licensed lawyers for consultations and legal services. Almohami is not a law firm and does not itself provide legal advice. Any legal advice is provided by the independent lawyer you engage, who is solely responsible for it.تطبيق المحامي هو منصّة تقنية تربط العملاء بمحامين مستقلين ومرخّصين لتقديم الاستشارات والخدمات القانونية. تطبيق المحامي ليس مكتب محاماة ولا يقدّم بنفسه استشارات قانونية. وأي استشارة قانونية يقدّمها المحامي المستقل الذي تتعامل معه، وهو المسؤول عنها وحده.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Lawyers must complete identity and license verification and provide truthful professional information.يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً على الأقل لاستخدام الخدمة. أنت مسؤول عن دقّة معلومات حسابك وعن الحفاظ على سرّية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك. ويجب على المحامين إكمال التحقق من الهوية والرخصة وتقديم معلومات مهنية صحيحة.
Consultation prices and any applicable fees are shown before you confirm. Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider, and bookings are confirmed once payment succeeds. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled according to the terms shown in the app for the relevant booking; where a session cannot be fulfilled, an eligible refund or credit may be issued.تُعرض أسعار الاستشارات وأي رسوم مطبّقة قبل تأكيدك. تُعالَج المدفوعات عبر مزوّد دفع خارجي، ويُؤكَّد الحجز بمجرد نجاح الدفع. وتُعالَج عمليات الإلغاء وإعادة الجدولة والاسترداد وفقاً للشروط المعروضة في التطبيق للحجز المعني؛ وعند تعذّر تنفيذ جلسة، قد يُصدَر استرداد مؤهَّل أو رصيد بديل.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by providing false information, infringing others' rights, uploading unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام الخدمة، بما في ذلك تقديم معلومات كاذبة، أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين، أو رفع محتوى غير قانوني، أو محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو الوصول غير المصرّح به إليها، أو استخدامها لأي غرض غير مشروع.
You retain rights to the content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate the Service. The Almohami name, logo, and app are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.تحتفظ بحقوقك في المحتوى الذي تقدّمه وتمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً لاستضافته ومعالجته لتشغيل الخدمة. اسم "المحامي" وشعاره والتطبيق محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Almohami does not guarantee any particular legal outcome and is not responsible for the advice, conduct, or services of the independent lawyers on the platform. No attorney–client relationship is formed with Almohami.تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. ولا يضمن تطبيق المحامي أي نتيجة قانونية معيّنة، وليس مسؤولاً عن استشارات المحامين المستقلين على المنصّة أو تصرّفاتهم أو خدماتهم. ولا تنشأ أي علاقة موكِّل–محامٍ مع تطبيق المحامي.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almohami will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به النظام، لن يكون تطبيق المحامي مسؤولاً عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدامك للخدمة.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or to protect users and the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول إلى الخدمة في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط أو لحماية المستخدمين والخدمة. ويمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وطلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت.
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes are subject to its competent authorities.تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية ولوائحها، وتختص جهاتها المختصّة بالنظر في أي نزاعات.
